1. Snapshot. Legacy VNLA snapshot taken at HECO block #18,290,411 on October 12, 2021 — the day of the last Medium post. Addresses holding ≥ 100 VNLA at that block are eligible.
2. Sybil resistance. Weighted allocation, not linear. No single address receives more than 0.5% of the pool, regardless of balance.
3. Claim window. 60 days starting April 1, 2026. Unclaimed tokens return to community treasury at expiry.
4. Gas. Claims processed on Arbitrum for low gas. Bridging from other chains handled automatically by the distributor contract.
